Natural Cure No More Acne!!!!


Let's face it, we've seen some people with bad acne problems. Well today, I bring them hope. I've researched a natural technique for acne that proves to be effective. The products from the medical administration and ointments does nothing but suppress the problem temporarily. In nature cure, the main emphasis is on diet and certain water applications.

To begin, it's essential to stay on a fruit diet for about a week. There should be three meals a day, consisting of fresh juicy fruits, such as apples, pears, grapes, grape-fruit, pineapple and peaches. Citrus fruits, bananas, dried, stewed or tinned fruits should not be taken. Unsweetened lemon or plain water, either hot or cold, should be drunk and nothing else. During this period, warm -water enema should be taken daily to cleanse the bowels and all other measures adopted to eradicate constipation.

After a week of all fruit diet, you can gradually adopt a well-balanced diet. You should be on raw foods, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouted seeds, raw nuts and whole grain cereals, especially millet and brown rice. Further shorter periods on the all-fruits for three days, or so may be necessary at a monthly interval till the condition of the skin improves. Strict attention to diet is essential for recovery. Starchy, protein and fatty foods, should be restricted. Meats, sugar, strong tea or coffee, condiments, pickles, refined and processed foods should all be avoided, as also soft drinks, candies, ice cream and products made with sugar and white flour.

Two vitamins, which are, niacin and vitamin A have been used to treat acne. The vitamin therapy is niacin, 100 mg three times daily and vitamin A in large doses upto 1,50,000 units per day should not exceed one month. Vitamin E is also vitally important to prevent scarring from acne and in removing old scars.

The reason is becuase whole grains contain essentials fatty acids, vitamin E, and other important nutrients. Natural Cure Baking Soda & Olive Oil, Ultimate Hair Treatment!!


I have long, thick, and healthy hair. This is from a combiniation of a healthy diet and exercise thoughout the years. i have stopped using traditional shampoos and conditioner because they strip away natural oils from your scalp and because they have an ingredient called sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS).
According to Dr. Keith Green, a professor of Medical College of Georgia, "SLS has showed penetration into the eyes, as well as systemic tissues (brain, heart, liver, etc.). SLS also showed long-term retention in tissues. Because SLS and related substances are widely used in many populations on a daily basis in soaps and shampoos, there is an immediate concern relating to the penetration of these chemicals into the eyes and other tissues. This is especially important in infants, where considerable growth is occurring, because a much greater uptake occurs by tissues of younger eyes, and SLS changes the amounts of some proteins in cells from eye tissues. Tissues of young eyes may be more susceptible to alternation by SLS."

I've discovered that baking soda and olive oil offers a much greater benefit towards your hair. Baking soda clean your hair efficiently without stripping away your natural oils. Olive oil is a wonderful oil to use to keep your hair and scalp moisturized.


TO WASH HAIR WITH BAKING SODA:

Just put a couple of tablespoons of baking soda in a dish, and mix with enough water to form a soft paste. Once your hair is wet through, apply the baking soda paste to your scalp (only the scalp, not the rest of the hair). Take some time to massage the baking soda into your scalp with your fingertips. Leave for a few minutes, massage a little more, then rinse thoroughly.

TO MOISTURIZE HAIR WITH OLIVE OIL:
  1. Use a high-quality olive oil on your hair to treat hair loss. Buy 100-percent, extra-virgin olive oil, and not some of the less expensive brand. Lesser brands may include additives and other chemicals that could discolor or weaken your hair.

  2. Measure out about 3 to 4 tbsps. of olive oil into a cup or small container. Buy a separate bottle to store in the bathroom if you plan to use olive oil often to treat your hair. It's better to use this in the shower or bathtub rather than over a sink. The oil can be messy.

  3. Stand in the shower or tub. Dampen your hair and turn off the water. Massage the olive oil throughout your damp hair. Use your fingers to apply it deep into your scalp.

  4. Tie a towel or piece of plastic around your hair. Allow the olive oil to remain in your hair for at least 3 hours or sleep with it on overnight for the best results.

SInce using these methods, I promise that my hair has grown 3/4 of a inch in a month.
