
Eating food in the morning after you wake up is an important decision. Not only is your body starving from 7 to 8 hours without food but also because the body need nutrients. The healthiest breakfast cereals have whole grain listed as the first and therefore main ingredient. The reason is becuase whole grains contain essentials fatty acids, vitamin E, and other important nutrients. Even though the cereal may have a vast amount of whole grain in it, it may also contain a substantial amount of sugar. Check the nutrient label for sugar content. the limit for sugar in most humans is 50 grams, which is equivalent to one teaspoon.
