Natural Cure I Lowered my Blood Pressure with Apple Cider Vineger and Honey

Hello, my name is Jared. I'm a young, athletic, healthy young man. I'm always careful about the foods I eat, making sure that it dosen't contain too much of sugar, sodium, fat, etc. With all this information in mind, you're probably thinking, "He must have a good blood pressure reading." WRONG!

One day after school, I went to CVS to pick up a few items. While walking to the check-out lane, I've notice a blood pressure machine. Keep in mind that I was relaxed and calm so that I wouldn't get an error in my reading. I sat down to take my blood pressure just to discover that it was 141/75!! I thought to myslef, "Probably I'm just nervous." The next day, I went to take my blood pressure three times that all averaged to around 143/74. Thats too high. According to the American Heart Association, I'm in a hypertension state.

Anxious to find a remedy that dosen't involve drugs or medicine, I've discovered that by taking one tablespoon of honey and apple cider vinegar with a glass of water twice a day, your blood pressure will start to lower as soon as two weeks after starting the process. There has been numerous cases that concluded apple cider vinegar and honey was the primary cases of lower blood pressure. The high potassium in both natural healing substances helps to balance out sodium levels in the body, which aids in maintaining blood pressure within healthy limits. Apple cider vinegar and honey also contain magnesium, a mineral that works to relax blood vessel walls and thus lower high blood pressure.

After a month of using this procedure, I went back to the CVS store to take my blood pressure. To my surprise, my blood pressure was 129/74!!! I'm telling the truth. The next day, my blood pressure was an average of 130/75.

It has been three months since I started using the procedure and my blood pressure is still normal with a combination of exercise.
